A couple days ago I started a dripping skull clock with chess pieces tattoo. I didn’t design this one. The client had found a picture of it and liked it a lot considering his firefighter profession and dealings with life and death on the job. We got 3 hours in and hopefully can finish in the next session. I actually used to hang out with this guy quite a bit 21 years ago when I was starting my tattoo apprenticeship.
Yesterday I worked on some flowers for someone whom I used to work with at the local Dairy Queen when I was 16 years old. I had to cut the session short because I had plans to go to Lake Tahoe for a reggae concert.
This morning I did a tattoo for a young lady who had served 5 years in the Navy. She had been stationed in Spain during her service which sounded pretty awesome. She drove all the way from Spring Creek, which is about 4 hours away.
I spent the next few hours getting the linework ready for tomorrow’s tattoo session which will be Lloyd and Harry riding their scooter from the movie ‘Dumb and Dumber’.
